Helvetify privacy policy

Who is responsible

Helvetify is a Shopify app published by Antony Goncalves, Switzerland.

For any question about your data: antonypodo88@gmail.com.

The data processed

Shop data: its domain name, the access tokens Shopify provides at installation, and the language of the admin user who opens the app.

Audit results: the state of the shop's Swiss configuration (markets, currencies, shipping, languages, translations), including names of markets and shipping profiles and product titles quoted as examples.

When sending an alert, the app reads the shop's name and contact e-mail address. The app doesn't store that address.

Helvetify accesses no personal data of the shop's customers: no orders, no customer accounts, no addresses.

Why the data is processed

Only to provide the service: audit the shop's configuration, compute its score, keep the history of changes and send alerts.

Helvetify works in read-only mode: it changes no setting of the shop. The data is neither sold nor used for advertising.

The providers involved

Shopify, for installation, access to the shop's data and billing.

Render, for hosting the app and its database.

Resend, for sending alert e-mails: this provider receives the recipient's address and the content of the alert.

How long the data is kept

As long as the app is installed on the shop.

On uninstall, the audit history and the settings are deleted. Shopify also requests the erasure of the shop's data 48 hours after uninstall, which the app carries out.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or its erasure by writing to antonypodo88@gmail.com. Uninstalling the app deletes the shop's data.
